About Me

My wife and I have lived in the Gallatin Valley since 1995 and are both Montana State University - Bozeman alumni. I am a native Texan but have been coming to Montana ever since I was three. We and our two daughters live on the west side of Bozeman on our small farm where lots of sheep, chickens, horses, rabbits, dogs, cats, and wild animals also call home.

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at MSU with an emphasis in computer graphics and art. After graduating I worked at MSU for 6 years building training software that has been used all around the world. I have over 20 years of professional experience in the software industry working with companies including: Disney, NBA, BP, and the EPA. I lead both small and large teams and also create large-scale projects entirely on my own.

I love learning new things, pushing the envelope and honing my skills, and then passing that knowledge on to others. Helping people learn, explore, and gain appreciation and excitement for newly acquired skills is a passion of mine.

Living in Bozeman, Montana gives me access to wonderful people to work with and the great outdoors to enjoy!
