Lobby Manager

Lobby Manager is real-time queue software for businesses where customers wait for service—dealerships, medical offices, repair shops, and similar lobbies. Staff run a shared live queue to track wait times and availability, while lobby TVs show ticket codes, queue position, and promotions (view demo video).

The software includes a staff console, a public lobby display, and a marketing site all kept in sync across devices. Companies can run multiple locations, set their own workflows and wait-time rules, and brand the lobby screens. It runs on AWS with automated deploys.

My partner created the original Lobby Manager in 2009. I rebuilt it from scratch, covering architecture, design, web apps, branding, and cloud infrastructure. I also used AI tools (Claude, Codex, and others) to move faster while staying hands-on at every layer.
